Conditions and Issues I Work With

I work with all kinds of issues related to the muscular system, all over the body.

If your pain or dysfunction is primarily muscular and neuromuscular, there is a good chance I can help.

Yes, I work with TMJ / jaw-related problems.

7. Do you work with sciatica and nerve pain?

Yes, when the problem is neuromuscular rather than purely mechanical.

If the nerve is compressed by a disc or facet joint, that is not neuromuscular, and my work is not the primary solution. If the nerve is being compressed by a muscle, this is neuromuscular, and I can often help.

Approach and Fit

11. What if I already tried PT, chiropractic, massage, or acupuncture without lasting relief?

Many people come to me after trying those modalities. Those approaches often focus on the muscles or the joints directly. In contrast, I focus on the autonomic nervous system, which controls all other systems in the body, including the muscles.

This different focus can sometimes help when more standard muscle- or joint-focused treatments haven’t produced lasting relief.

12. How do I know if I’m a good fit?

I prefer to speak with you on the phone, ask the right questions, and then decide if I think I can help. This way I can understand your situation and give you an honest answer before you commit to treatment.

Location, Scheduling, and Expectations

13. Where are you located?

I am located at:
1460 7th Street, Suite 305
Santa Monica, California 90401

14. How do I schedule?

You can call my office, leave a message, and I will call you back as soon as possible. On that call, we can decide together if it makes sense to schedule an appointment.

Office: 310.451.4113
Text: 310.905.9895

15. What should I expect at the first session?

Each nervous system is different, so nobody can know in advance exactly how you will respond. You cannot compare one person’s nervous system to another’s, so responses vary.

Because of that, one session is not enough to know whether you will benefit from this technique. I generally suggest trying at least three sessions to see how your nervous system responds.
